Gastroenterology Advanced Practice Provider

About this role:

As an Advanced Practice Provider in Gastroenterology, you will work with a team of healthcare professionals committed to providing quality care and excellent patient experience.? In this role you will work with a team of three Physician and two APPs supporting our Southern Utah market.

• This position includes up to?$7,500
  ?in relocation assistance based upon relocation distance
• You will practice at our Southridge Gastroenterology Clinic in Riverton, UT
• You will work (4) 10.0 hr. shifts or (5) 8.0 hr. shift
• You will have 32 patient facing hours per week treating the following conditions: GERD/acid reflux, IBS, Crohns disease, Ulcerative colitis, liver disease/hepatitis, Celiac disease, gallbladder disease, etc.

What youll bring:

• APRN or PA-C degree from an accredited program
• Active, unobstructed Utah license, or the ability to obtain one
• Ability to successfully complete Intermountain Healths credentialing process
• BLS and active DEA license, required
