Rocky Mountain Hearing & Balance is a locally owned private audiology practice serving the Salt Lake Valley with locations in South Jordan and Murray. We specialize in hearing evaluations, hearing aids, and balance testing while providing exceptional patient care in a warm, welcoming environment.

About the PositionWe’re looking for a friendly, energetic, and dependable Medical Office Assistant to join our team.
This is a full-time position working four days per week
, primarily in our South Jordan office, with one day each week in our Murray location.
The ideal candidate enjoys interacting with people, stays calm in a busy environment, and takes pride in keeping the office running smoothly. Previous medical office experience is helpful but not required

- Welcome patients with a friendly and professional attitude
- Answer incoming phone calls
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Check patients in and out
- Collect payments and process transactions
- Verify and update patient information
- Assist providers with patient flow throughout the day
- Maintain a clean, organized front office
- Communicate effectively with patients and team members
- Help create an exceptional patient experience
- Friendly, outgoing personality
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Dependable, punctual, and professional
- Strong attention to detail
- Comfortable using computers and learning new software
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Previous customer service, receptionist, or medical office experience is a plus, but not required
