Intern – Campus Recruiter

Responsibilities

• Process new hires within the applicant tracking system
• Track onboarding progress and follow up on missing documentation
• Represent the organization at career fairs and actively engage with students
• Plan and facilitate monthly intern “Lunch & Learn” sessions
• Coordinate and support intern presentations
• Manage and maintain interview schedules using Excel and tracking tools
• Communicate with interns through clear, timely email updates and instructions
• Support marketing efforts to promote internship opportunities
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring teams
• Provide additional support on recruiting and team initiatives as needed

• Currently enrolled at an accredited university or within one year of graduation
• Lives within driving distance of Riverton, UT
• Has reliable transportation
• Previous experience in recruiting or talent acquisition
• Strong data entry and administrative skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or similar data management tools
• Experience presenting, facilitating meetings, or leading group discussions
• Customer service or client-facing experience
