System Administrator 1 – Bluffdale, UT
Full‑time, on‑site, NK Team / System/Network Administration

• Provide support for the implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of IT systems.
• Manage IT system infrastructure and related processes.
• Solve day‑to‑day operational issues, monitor performance and resolve problems across client/server, storage, network devices, and mobile devices.
• Diagnose and resolve Tier 1 (Help Desk) and Tier 2 (Escalation) incidents.
• Escalate issues and communicate status to agency management and internal customers.
• Support the dispatch system and hardware problems, remaining involved until resolution.
• Configure and manage Unix and Windows operating systems, install and maintain OS software, troubleshoot, and enhance system reliability and performance.
• Optimize system operations and resource utilization, and perform capacity analysis and planning.

• U.S. citizenship required for federal contract.
• Active TS/SCI security clearance with an agency‑appropriate polygraph.
• Three (3) years of experience as a System Administrator in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university.
• Five (5) years of additional system‑administration experience may substitute for the bachelor’s degree.
