Systems Administrator
System Administrator 1 – Bluffdale, UT
Full‑time, on‑site, NK Team / System/Network Administration
- Provide support for the implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of IT systems.
- Manage IT system infrastructure and related processes.
- Solve day‑to‑day operational issues, monitor performance and resolve problems across client/server, storage, network devices, and mobile devices.
- Diagnose and resolve Tier 1 (Help Desk) and Tier 2 (Escalation) incidents.
- Escalate issues and communicate status to agency management and internal customers.
- Support the dispatch system and hardware problems, remaining involved until resolution.
- Configure and manage Unix and Windows operating systems, install and maintain OS software, troubleshoot, and enhance system reliability and performance.
- Optimize system operations and resource utilization, and perform capacity analysis and planning.
- U.S. citizenship required for federal contract.
- Active TS/SCI security clearance with an agency‑appropriate polygraph.
- Three (3) years of experience as a System Administrator in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity.
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university.
- Five (5) years of additional system‑administration experience may substitute for the bachelor’s degree.
- Automatic 20 % contribution to a Simplified Employee Pension (SEP) IRA – fully vested from day one.
