Delivery Driver and Fabricator

Overview

The delivery driver is responsible to ensure that the products that we create for our customers are delivered safely and on time. As an outward-facing employee, you will be expected to exhibit professionalism and a service-oriented attitude.

The Fabricator is responsible for various jobs throughout the shop. Duties that are included in the Fabricator position could include laser/punching, bending, sanding, hardware, welding, and powder coat. As a fabricator you are expected to help in all of the areas in which you have been trained.

• Safely load, transport, and deliver fabricated sheet metal products to job sites and customers
• Operate company vehicles (truck/van) in compliance with all traffic and safety regulations
• Verify delivery paperwork and ensure accurate, on-time deliveries
• Secure loads properly to prevent damage during transport
• Communicate with shop staff and customers regarding delivery schedules
• Perform basic vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs

• Assist with sheet metal fabrication, assembly, and finishing
• Operate shop equipment such as shears, brakes, punches, saws, and hand tools (training provided if needed)
• Measure, cut, bend, and assemble sheet metal components
• Help with material handling, staging jobs, and maintaining workflow
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Assist with general shop tasks as needed

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
• Basic mechanical or fabrication skills preferred (but willing to train the right person)
• Experience in a fabrication shop, construction, HVAC, or manufacturing environment is a plus
• Ability to read tape measures and follow instructions accurately
• Strong work ethic, punctuality, and reliability
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

The Fabricator will work in a fast-paced warehouse environment with varying weather/working conditions. In this position you will be expected to:

• Lift up to 50 lbs
• Work a physically demanding shift of 8-10 hours per day
• Do repetitive motions for extended periods of time
• Be comfortable working on your feet for the entire shift
