• Safely operate equipment in the presence of field crew members and utilities, ensuring the safety of persons, equipment, property, and utilities in the area.
• Make minor adjustments and repairs on machinery.
• Work with hydraulic, pneumatic, industrial electrical systems and controls.
• Monitor the operation of conveyors, stretch wrap machines, block machines, and other nearby equipment to detect and report malfunctions.
• Visually inspect products and by‑products for conformity to prescribed quality standards such as color, shape, and corners; remove poor quality products and by‑products as required.

• Must be 18 years or older.
• No experience necessary; we will provide on‑the‑job training.
• Ability to bend, sit for long periods, and work in the heat.
• Attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Ability to work well with others in a team environment.
• Strong work ethic.
