Responsibilities
- Build and execute Ivy City’s influencer, UGC, and ambassador strategy across channels.
- Create influencer/creator pipelines for product seeding, paid partnerships, and long-term brand collaborations.
- Identify emerging creators and trends early and activate them before they hit mainstream.
- Define KPIs, forecasting, and growth targets for the program.
- Nurture deep, personal, long-term relationships with creators, managers, stylists, publicists, and agencies.
- Be Ivy City’s “face” to creators. Warm, proactive, thoughtful, and detail-obsessed.
- Build strong internal relationships with Design, Social, PR, Creative, Customer Experience and Finance.
- Oversee the full influencer campaign lifecycle: casting, negotiation, briefing, reviewing content, approving edits, tracking performance, ensuring brand engagement and sharing of top creator content and reporting.
- Develop tight, aesthetic, on-brand briefs creators love shooting.
- Ensure content feels true to Ivy’s look, tone, and magic.
- Manage product gifting at scale — fast, organized, and thoughtful.
- Help build and scale Ivy City’s ambassador program, a network of passionate women who authentically share, and style through social influence.
- Develop a strategic roadmap for turning everyday fans into high-performing affiliate sellers.
- Create an engaging experience that empowers ambassadors with the resources they need to succeed, including education, product insights, content prompts, incentives, and ongoing brand touch points.
- Identify, recruit, and onboard ambassadors across diverse audiences.
- Build scalable systems for tracking performance and rewarding top contributors.
- Build loyalty by making creators feel valued.
- Continuously refine program structure, incentives, technology, and communication channels to maximize sales, retention, productivity, and advocacy across the ambassador network.
- Own influencer budget, performance dashboards, contracts, and tools.
- Optimize partnerships based on what moves the needle.
Qualifications
- 6-8 years of influencer/creator marketing experience in fashion, lifestyle, or consumer brands.
- Proven track record executing influencer campaigns that delivered measurable results.
- Strong understanding of the Tik Tok + IG creator ecosystem.
- Experience with contracts, negotiations, and partnership workflows.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance and optimize.
- Proficiency with influencer platforms (Shopmy, Grin, Aspire, Traackr, etc.).
