Advanced Practice Provider Certified Nurse Midwife

Job Description

Certified Nurse Midwife (Obstetrics/Gynecology) – Southridge OB/GYN in Riverton, Utah.

• Provide comprehensive health care for women in outpatient clinic setting.
• Attend births and participate in labor and delivery support.
• Round with mother/baby and antepartum patients in the hospital.
• Admit, care for, and discharge patients from inpatient care within scope of licensure.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other providers in a highly integrated team model.
• Work a schedule that includes outpatient clinic days and rotating 24‑hour call shifts.

• Certified Nurse Midwife degree from an accredited program.
• Current Utah state license as a Certified Nurse Midwife.
• Board Certification as a Nurse Midwife.
• Full prescriptive authority and an active DEA registration (or ability to obtain one).
• Ability to successfully complete Intermountain Health’s credentialing process.
• A current BLS Certification for Healthcare Providers.

Hourly range: $57.33 – $88.47 (dependent on experience).

Scheduled hours: 40 hours per week.
