Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner Outpatient

Overview

Life Stance Health is a national provider of mental healthcare services focused on evidence‑based, medically driven treatment for children, adolescents, and adults. We are looking for experienced Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners (PMHNP) across the Greater Salt Lake City area.

Deliver high‑quality behavioral healthcare with a focus on child and adolescent populations. Balance full‑time schedules with hybrid work days (2‑3 office days, 1‑2 remote days). Maintain prescriptive authority and DEA licensure.

• Provide medication management and therapy for adult and/or child and adolescent patients.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to deliver comprehensive care.
• Document patient visits, treatment plans, and outcomes in the electronic health record.
• Maintain up‑to‑date medical knowledge and adhere to federal regulations.

• Licensed in Utah as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner.
• Minimum of 2 years experience as a PMHNP.
• Prescriptive authority and DEA number required.
• Experience with child and adolescent populations preferred.
• Strong therapeutic skills and medication management expertise.

Salary range: $195,000 – $251,000 per year, model based on productivity.
