As a Drive-Thru Guest Service Team Member, you’ll be the face of Murphy’s for our drive-thru customers. From greeting guests with a smile to ensuring every order is accurate and fresh, your role is key in delivering the Murphy’s experience. Here’s what your day might look like:

• Greet every drive-thru customer warmly and enthusiastically.
• Take accurate orders using a headset and POS system, and make menu recommendations.
• Suggest add-ons like fries, drinks, and desserts to enhance the customer’s meal.
• Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions with precision.
• Prepare fountain drinks and package orders for take-out.
• Double-check orders for accuracy before handing them to customers.
• Communicate effectively with the kitchen team to keep orders moving smoothly.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked drive-thru station.
• Assist other front-of-house positions during slower periods.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and customer service procedures.

At Murphy’s, our cheesesteaks are cooked to order—no heat lamps here! You’ll help set customer expectations with friendly communication: “We’re cooking your cheese steak fresh for you. It’ll just be a few minutes, and we’ll have you on your way!”

We’re seeking team members who are:

• Naturally friendly and comfortable interacting with customers.
• Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
• Able to stay organized and positive during busy shifts.
• Strong communicators, with the ability to listen and respond effectively.
• Comfortable using a headset, POS system, and handling cash and card transactions.

While prior experience in restaurants, drive-thrus, or customer service is helpful, it’s not required—we’re happy to train the right person!

We offer both full-time and part-time positions with flexible scheduling. Daytime, evening, and weekend shifts are available, and applicants with strong evening and weekend availability may receive priority consideration. Specific schedules will be discussed during the interview process.

• Starting pay: $14.00–$16.00 per hour, based on experience, availability, and performance.
