Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and quality food is prepared and served; ensure the restaurant crew is well trained and provides good customer service;
Develop and cross train all front of house Crew; assist with crew performance reviews and store leadership development;
Monitor food safety policies: hand washing, glove changes, time/temperature checks, shelf lives, Daily Food Safety Checklist;
Assist with miscellaneous office administration duties such as banking, cash handling, and office paperwork; ensure supplies and office equipment are maintained;
Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, shift meetings, and line scheduling; ensure proper line operation and cleanliness
