Provide guests with exceptional service through relationship building and product knowledge;
Achieve individual sales associate goals;
Perform opening/closing procedures and sales tasks with a guest-focused approach;
Locate merchandise and maintain organization;
Process transactions accurately and handle cash with accuracy;
Adhere to loss prevention practices and report incidents;
Maintain a safe store environment and assist with inventory preparation and time/attendance reporting;
Assist in merchandising and window displays and ensure store presentation standards
