Role Overview

Pandora is hiring a Part‑Time Core Sales Associate in Mountain View Village. As the largest jewellery brand worldwide, the role involves delivering a world‑class customer experience, surpassing sales goals, and innovatively engaging customers.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a high‑performance selling environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, demonstrating Care.
• Ability to charm and captivate an audience and connect with people at all levels.
• At least 18 years old with proof of identity and eligibility to work.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays; ability to stand for extended periods, lift 50+ pounds, and arrive on time.
• Consistent schedule availability of at least 20 hours per week preferred.
• Typical hours up to 12 hours per base week, increasing to 21 hours during peak weeks (not to exceed 30 hours per week). Dependability for peak hours or critical shifts including weekends.
