We are seeking a highly motivated Dealer Partnership Manager to support the growth of our dealership network and drive loan originations through strategic partnerships. This role is critical to expanding our dealer footprint, strengthening partner relationships, and ensuring a fast, responsive, and seamless experience from submission through funding.

Job Summary

The Dealer Partnership Manager will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with automotive dealerships while driving consistent dealer-originated loan opportunities through proactive outreach and partnership development.

This individual will play a key role in expanding Rizz Lending’s dealership network by onboarding new dealer partners, maintaining active engagement with existing accounts, and managing financing opportunities throughout the pipeline.

The ideal candidate is relationship-driven, highly organized, proactive, and passionate about the exotic, luxury, and collector car industry. This role requires a balance of sales execution, relationship management, and operational coordination, with a strong focus on responsiveness, deal flow, and partner satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct consistent outbound outreach through calls, email, and follow-up campaigns to targeted dealership partners
  • Proactively identify, engage, and onboard new dealership partners
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective dealership partners
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with dealership owners, finance managers, and sales teams
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for dealer inquiries and ongoing support
  • Educate partners on Rizz Lending products, processes, and value proposition
  • Manage dealer onboarding process, including agreements and documentation
  • Assist dealers in connecting to platforms such as Dealer track and Route One
  • Answer questions related to dealer agreements, funding requirements, and deal structure
  • Ensure dealers are properly set up to submit and track deals
  • Track loan applications from submission through approval and funding
  • Coordinate with underwriting and funding teams to move deals efficiently through the pipeline
  • Provide timely updates to dealers and customers on deal status
  • Identify and resolve bottlenecks to improve conversion rates
CRM Management (Hub Spot)
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of dealer interactions and deal activity
  • Track pipeline metrics, outreach efforts, and conversion performance
  • Utilize CRM data to manage follow-ups and prioritize opportunities
Customer Support & Deal Facilitation
  • Assist customers and dealers with financing questions throughout the loan process
  • Ensure a high level of service and responsiveness to both internal and external stakeholders
  • Support deal structuring conversations in coordination with underwriting
Qualifications Experience & Industry Knowledge
  • 2–5+ years of experience in sales, account management, or automotive finance
  • Experience working with dealerships, F&I managers, or lending platforms preferred
  • Familiarity with Dealer track, Route One, or similar systems is a strong plus
  • Understanding of auto lending or specialty finance is preferred
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple deals simultaneously
  • Sales-oriented mindset with a focus on driving volume and conversion
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with underwriting and operations teams
  • Proficiency in CRM systems such as Hub Spot
  • Self-starter with a high level of accountability in a fast-paced environment
Passion for Automotive Industry
  • Strong interest in exotic, luxury, performance, and collector vehicles strongly preferred
  • Familiarity with enthusiast automotive culture, specialty dealerships, and high-end automotive brands is a major plus
