Shifts AvailablePlease note, candidates must be flexible. Shift times are general hours; some projects may require earlier or later reporting based on customer requirements. Job Description IDS International is hiring Shift Supervisors to support secure operations across multiple locations. Supervisors will oversee access control, physical security, and compliance during assigned shifts. Shift assignments may vary by site and operational needs, including day, swing, or night coverage.
Key Duties
- Oversee access control at entry and exit points
- Maintain physical security of facilities
- Enforce compliance with security protocols
- Supervise security staff during assigned shifts
- Respond to and resolve security incidents
- Document shift activities and prepare reports
- Work flexible shifts based on operational needs
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in physical security, access control, or 3+ military/law enforcement.
- 2+ years in a supervisory or site lead role within a secure or 2+ classified environment.
- Possess knowledge of ICD 705, SCIF access procedures, and secure operations protocols.
- Maintain an active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance.
- Familiarity with access control systems, VMS, and visitor access protocols.
