- Install new boilers and associated piping, controls, and safety devices according to schematics and technical specifications
- Conduct comprehensive system inspections to ensure proper operation and compliance with safety regulations
- Completes required paperwork in a timely manner
- Maintains organization of vehicle and company tools
- Follows all GUNTHERS Safety Standards and wears proper PPE at all times
- Maintains a positive attitude and supports GUNTHERS Core Values and Mission
- Completes any additional tasks or work required by Supervisor
- Proven experience in industrial mechanic work, HVAC/R systems, or boiler installation with a strong background in mechanical knowledge
- Familiarity with hydraulics, schematics, HVAC systems, and industrial maintenance practices
- Hands-on experience with boiler systems, including installation, troubleshooting, and repair in field service settings
- Knowledge of industrial safety regulations and best practices for maintenance work in commercial or industrial environments
- 2+ years in commercial boiler installs preferred
- EPA 608, ASME, or S211 certification helpful
- Knowledge of industrial safety regulations and best practices for maintenance work in commercial or industrial environments
- High School Diploma or GED
- Professionalism and exceptional communication skills
- Ability to pass an HVAC skills test
- Experience with pressure sensors, humidity sensors, rooftop units, make-up air units, differential pressure devices, variable frequency drives, and air handler units
