Commercial Journeyman Painter

CDR Painting, Inc. is seeking experienced Journeyman Commercial or Residential Painters to join our team. We are looking for dependable, self‑motivated individuals with a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and the ability to work well with others.

Competitive pay based on experience, qualifications, and skill level.

Our standard work hours are 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday. However, some projects may require adjusted schedules, including occasional evening or night work.

• Perform commercial interior and exterior painting projects.
• Execute high‑quality cut‑and‑roll work.
• Operate spray equipment safely and efficiently.
• Work safely on ladders, scaffolding, scissor lifts, and boom lifts.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional job site.
• Work efficiently while meeting project deadlines and company quality standards.
• Painting commercial projects (at least 5+ years of experience).

• Minimum 5–10+ years of commercial painting experience required.
• Proficient with brush, roller, and spray application techniques.
• Experience operating scissor lifts, boom lifts, scaffolding, and ladders; lift certified or willing to be certified.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Reliable transportation.
• Own basic hand tools.
• Have a smartphone to clock in and out from job sites.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently as well as with a team.
