Shall report all injuries, accidents, and/or incidents immediately to their immediate Supervisor.

Must be willing to perform all tasks required to complete a job or as requested by Supervisors and Management.

Required to work your assigned on-call schedule.

If unable to work your assigned schedule, it is your responsibility to cover your shift.

Ability to work independently in a team and safety-focused environment.

We are looking for a reliable, hardworking team member to join our aggregate and gravel pit operation. This position includes a variety of duties around the pit and yard, including equipment operation, loading trucks, plant maintenance, general labor, and keeping the worksite clean and safe.

Experience with heavy equipment is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person with a strong work ethic and good attitude. Candidates should be dependable, safety‑minded, and able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

• Operating loaders, excavators, and other equipment
• Loading customer and contractor trucks
• Assisting with crushing and screening operations
• General maintenance and repair work
• Yard cleanup and site organization
• Following all safety procedures

• Valid driver’s license
• Heavy equipment experience preferred
• Mechanical experience is a plus
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors
• Dependable and punctual
