Senior Tax Manager

We are looking for a Senior Tax Manager (8+ years experience) to join our team of professionals. This position offers the opportunity for tremendous training, growth and upward mobility.

Requirements:

Develop new business relationships & maintain existing relationships with clients, manage expectations and ensure exceptional client service

Manage & coordinate tax compliance and tax advisory engagements

Oversee the compliance management process and adapt to process challenges

Contribute to a flexible, stable, and team-oriented working culture

Provides top-level review of federal and multi-state income tax returns for individuals, partnerships, corporations, and trusts

Understanding of U.S. GAAP accounting rules and pronouncements

Manage, mentor & supervise staff on all aspects of income tax planning, preparation, filing and Financial Statement preparation

Prepare Federal & State income tax returns, and tax planning, structure, research and compliance for Corporations, Partnerships, Trusts, Estates, Non-profits, Individuals and related entities

Model taxable income projections for various scenarios

Create and Review Prepared & Compiled Financial Statements Bachelor’s degree in Accounting is required

MUST have 2 - 3 years of tax preparation experience

Qualifications:

CPA License & strong technical tax research experience8+ years of Public Accounting experience

Experience doing top-level review of income tax returns & financial statements
