Property Officer

Job Description

• Initiates purchase requisitions for needed materials and supplies and forwards to supervisor. Maintains inventory control and performs inventories
• Closes and forwards purchase orders to appropriate department
• Receives shipment of goods and handles outgoing shipments
• Checks for validity of goods, purchase orders and accuracy of bill lading
• Receives orders, issues supplies and takes physical inventories
  
  Requests clothing purchases, coordinates fitting sessions and maintains clothing inventory at a level of 2.0 months or less
• Other duties as assigned

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
• An individual must be able to perform the functions of planning, implementing, and evaluation of programs
• Requires the ability to analyze data and write reports
