Electrical Superintendent

B.H. Inc. is searching for a full‑time Project Field Superintendent to join our Instrumentation & Electrical division. We are looking for exceptional leaders with a background in construction and a passion for continuous improvement to help us drive customer satisfaction and company profit.

Competitive wage of $40‑$48 per hour, 50‑60 hours per week, weekly pay, health, vision, dental, life insurance, 401(k) plan with match, and paid time off.

• Experience in electrical leadership roles
• Strong industrial knowledge and experience with controls
• Ability to oversee the overall performance of assigned area operations
• Willingness to travel to project sites as needed
• Commitment to conduct all jobs in a safe, efficient, and professional manner
• A Construction Management degree is preferred but not required

As a Project Field Superintendent at B.H. Inc., you will report directly to the Industry‑specific Project Manager or Construction Manager and provide a full range of operational oversight. While your primary focus is management, you will also work with tools alongside your crews in the field when necessary. Your role involves mentoring team members, participating in efforts to enhance customer satisfaction, and ensuring personal job mastery across the site.
