Electrical Superintendent

B.H. Inc. is seeking a full‑time Project Field Superintendent for its Instrumentation & Electrical division. The role focuses on construction leadership, continuous improvement, and customer satisfaction. The position offers a competitive hourly wage of $40‑$48

• Experience in electrical leadership roles.
• Strong industrial knowledge and controls experience.
• Ability to oversee overall performance of assigned area operations.
• Willingness to travel to project sites as needed.

• Strong communication, detail orientation, growth mindset, efficiency, safety attentiveness, and customer service skills.
• Construction Management degree preferred but not required.

As a Project Field Superintendent, you report to the Project Manager or Construction Manager and provide comprehensive operational oversight. Your primary focus is management, but you will also engage directly with crews in the field when necessary. Responsibilities include mentoring team members, driving customer satisfaction initiatives, and ensuring site operational excellence.
