Position Summary

A full‑time Project Field Superintendent responsible for overseeing instrumentation and electrical construction projects, managing crews, ensuring safety and quality, and driving customer satisfaction.

Hourly wage: $40–$48 per hour.

Hours:

50–60 per week.

• Must have experience in electrical leadership roles.
• Strong industrial knowledge and experience with controls are required.
• Ability to oversee the overall performance of assigned area operations.
• This position requires traveling to project sites as needed.
• Must conduct all jobs in a safe, efficient, and professional manner.

• Report directly to the Industry‑specific Project Manager or Construction Manager.
• Provide full operational oversight of assigned projects.
• Lead and mentor crew members, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and schedule.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Maintain personal mastery of job site operations and address any performance issues immediately.
