Career Technical Training Manager

• Manages Career Trade Instructors
• Analyzes training procedure
• Counsels groups and individuals relative to vocational objectives
• Develops Corrective Action Plan
• Ensures integration of vocational training with academics
• Conducts regular shop visitations/observations
• Writes and develops SOPs and Center Training Plan
• Attends scheduled meetings with the Center Industry Councils
• Actively participates as member of Youth Council
• Maintains required statistical performance
• Reviews Center reports, reconciles as appropriate, and develops corrective action plan
• Meets bi‑monthly with vocational staff and ensures minutes from each meeting are accurate
• Meets jointly with academic and vocational staff to plan applied academics
• Reviews attendance sheets for accuracy of documentation
• Notes trends or patterns and establishes appropriate plan(s) of action/discipline
• Ensures all custodians/locations complete quarterly inventories per Property Handbook; inventories completed as circumstances dictate, e.g., when custodian changes, etc.
• Ensures any theft or other losses are reported within three business days. Other duties as assigned.

• Bachelor's Degree from a four‑year college or university required.

• Teaching License preferred in the State in which the Center is located.
• Valid state driver's license.
