Job DescriptionRequired Qualifications:
- Wyoming PTSB substitute teaching certification
- Job-related experience
Responsible for providing instructional support to students across assigned grade levels in alignment with district curriculum, state content standards, and classroom learning objectives. This position serves as a consistent instructional presence within the building, supporting classroom teachers by delivering lessons, reinforcing learning goals, and maintaining continuity of instruction on a rotational basis. Assists with classroom management, student engagement, and implementation of instructional plans to ensure a stable and productive learning environment.
Supports student learning by adapting to a variety of classroom settings, collaborating with staff, and responding flexibly to the instructional needs of the school.
- Provide instructional support to students across multiple grade levels and content areas in alignment with district curriculum and state standards
- Deliver teacher-prepared lesson plans and facilitate learning on a rotational basis.
- Maintain continuity of instruction to support student progress and minimize disruptions to learning
- Implement effective classroom management strategies to ensure a safe, respectful, and productive learning environment
- Adapt instruction and support strategies to meet diverse student needs, including differentiation as appropriate
- Collaborate with classroom teachers, specialists, and administrators to support instructional goals and student success
- Follow school and district procedures, schedules, and protocols with flexibility to respond to daily building needs
- Utilize instructional materials, technology, and resources effectively to support teaching and learning
- Provide feedback to classroom teachers regarding student progress, behavior, and completion of assigned work
- Flexible to work with others in a wide variety of circumstances

Ability to read and interpret documents such as policies and regulations, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine correspondence.

Salary ScheduleThis position will be paid according to the approved Student Support Schedule.
