* Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

*** Manage the daily operations of 789 Smokeshop and Bandit Grill.
* Supervise, coach, train, schedule, and evaluate employees.
* Promote outstanding customer service and resolve customer concerns professionally.
* Ensure proper cash handling, deposits, balancing, and financial accountability.
* Maintain accurate inventory levels and oversee ordering, receiving, stocking, and merchandising.
* Monitor food safety, sanitation, and health standards for Bandit Grill.
* Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and applicable laws.
* Maintain clean, organized, and safe facilities inside and outside the store.
* Review labor costs and staffing levels to meet operational and budget goals.
* Minimize inventory shortages, waste, and loss prevention issues.
* Coordinate with the Administration Team on payroll, hiring, corrective actions, and employee performance.
* Ensure employees complete required training and follow company procedures.
* Prepare reports and maintain operational records as required.
* Assist with promotions, special events, and community activities.
* Respond to emergencies and operational issues as needed.
* Perform other duties as assigned by the CEO or Administration Team.

* Must be at least 21 years of age.
* Demonstrate professionalism, integrity, and dependability.
* Ability to lead by example and work effectively as a team player.
* Strong organizational, leadership, and decision-making abilities.
* Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check (if applicable).
* Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
* Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.#### Required Education
* High school diploma or GED required.#### Required Experience
* Minimum of two (2) years of experience in retail, convenience store, restaurant, or food service.
* Minimum of five (5) year of supervisory or management experience.
* Experience with cash handling, inventory control, scheduling, and customer service.####

Preferred Experience
* Experience managing both retail and food service operations.
* Experience using point-of-sale (POS) systems.
* Experience with hiring, employee coaching, performance management, and training.
* Knowledge of inventory ordering, merchandising, and loss prevention.#### Required
