Position Summary
The Hillcrest Baptist Church of Riverton invites an energetic co‑vocational or semi‑retired man to serve as pastor, shepherding the church in spiritual growth, outreach, preaching, teaching, and pastoral care. The role focuses on fulfilling the Great Commission.
Responsibilities- Lead the church in spiritual growth and outreach to the community with the Gospel of Christ.
- Preach, teach, and provide pastoral care to the congregation.
- Cultivate the church’s mission in the Great Commission.
- Ordained Southern Baptist minister.
- Adheres to the Southern Baptist Faith and Message and fulfills the qualifications outlined in 1 Timothy 3:1‑7.
- One to five years of pastoral experience.
- Heart for pastoral care and community outreach.
Salary: $30,000/yr – negotiable split between salary and housing allowance. Reasonable relocation assistance available.
