B.H. Inc. is searching for a full-time Commercial Electrical Superintendent / Project Field Superintendent to oversee field operations and lead crews on commercial electrical installation projects. We are looking for the best candidates for our team and are offering a competitive hourly rate of $42.00 – $45.00 per hour, plus per diem. This full-time position operates on a 50-hour workweek schedule (Monday – Friday, 10-hour days) based out of Riverton, WY

• Strong experience managing Commercial Electrical Installations
• Hands-on field leadership skills, including the ability to work with tools alongside crews when needed
• Proficiency with Bluebeam, project scheduling, and construction computer databases
• Comprehensive knowledge of commercial electrical systems, national electrical codes (NEC), and job site safety protocols
• Willingness and ability to accommodate heavy travel requirements
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
