Fremont Counseling Service in Riverton, WY seeks a Case Manager to provide mental health and substance use disorder case management in our Riverton office. Hours are Mon-Fri 8a-5p with potential evening/weekend coverage with notice. We are a CARF-accredited nonprofit serving Fremont County since 1959.
Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in human services and experience delivering MH/SUD services in community settings. Compensation is $45,000–$49,920 with full-time, non-exempt status.
