Job Summary

The AR Specialist supports the Accounts Receivable team with foundational tasks at Blue Grace Logistics. This entry-level role focuses on basic payment posting tasks, entry-level training, and participating as a rotational team member to build a well-rounded understanding of AR operations.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Perform basic payment posting tasks across approved payment channels under direct supervision.
• Support the AR team with foundational administrative and operational tasks as directed.
• Participate in entry-level training and team rotational assignments to develop AR knowledge and skills.
• Adhere to documented processes, controls, and operational timelines.
• Assist team members with routine tasks and data entry as needed.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with company policies.
• Other duties may be assigned as needed.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 0-1 year of experience in accounts receivable, accounting, or a related field; recent graduates welcome.
• Basic understanding of accounting or finance concepts a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to follow documented procedures and work effectively within a team environment.
