We are looking for an Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to senior leadership in Florida. This contract opportunity is ideal for someone who brings sound judgment, strong organization, and a refined approach to executive support. The person in this role will help keep daily operations on track by coordinating schedules, managing communications, and ensuring important administrative details are handled accurately and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee complex executive calendars, schedule internal and external meetings, and resolve conflicts to keep priorities aligned.
• Coordinate business travel plans, including itineraries, transportation, and lodging, while ensuring arrangements support changing executive needs.
• Draft, format, and distribute business materials such as reports, memos, letters, and other business documents.
• Record key discussion points during meetings, organize notes, and maintain accurate documentation for follow-up and reference.
• Review incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, determine urgency, and route information to the appropriate executive or stakeholder.
• Provide day-to-day administrative support by organizing office activities, managing routine tasks, and helping maintain an efficient work environment.
• Assist with basic bookkeeping duties, including tracking administrative expenses and maintaining organized financial records when needed.
