Preschool / Early Childhood Teachers are needed in Riverview to join a supportive, well-resourced, team-based environment. The role focuses on helping children learn, grow, and thrive with stability, growth, and a positive workplace culture. Position details:

Location:

Riverview, FL;
Pay: $16.50–$19.00/hour (based on credentials and experience);
Sign-On Bonus: $300 (Must start training by 2.17.2026);

Full-Time, Monday–Friday.

• Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment
• Implement the proprietary L.E.A.P.® curriculum in developmentally appropriate ways
• Support children’s social, emotional, and academic development
• Build positive relationships with children, families, and teammates
• Communicate regularly with parents via our app and in person
• Maintain classroom cleanliness, organization, and daily routines
• Follow all Florida licensing, health, and safety requirements
• Work collaboratively with the classroom team and leadership
• Supervise children at all times and maintain proper ratios

• A genuine passion for early childhood education
• 1–3 years of professional teaching experience (3+ years preferred)
• High school diploma/GED required (Associate’s in ECE or related field preferred)
• CDA credential preferred
• Strong communication, teamwork, and classroom management skills
• Reliable, punctual, and professional
• Ability to meet all Florida licensing requirements, including background screening and trainings

• Ability to lift, carry, and move children (up to 40–50 lbs)
• Ability to sit, stand, bend, kneel, and move quickly throughout the day
• Ability to engage with children at their level, including floor activities, for extended periods
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors during scheduled activities
