Construction Superintendent (Custom Luxury Residential)

Pinellas & Hillsborough Counties, FL (Office in Riverview, FL)
Compensation: $70,000 - $85,000 base (flexible for the right candidate) + vehicle allowance/mileage reimbursement + health insurance

Position Summary
Our client is seeking a Construction Superintendent to oversee multiple residential projects throughout Pinellas and Hillsborough Counties. This individual will manage field operations across 5-7 active projects at any given time, primarily consisting of luxury, multi-million-dollar homes and multifamily townhome developments.
This is a hands-on, field-driven role requiring strong experience in structural construction, including foundations, block, tie beams, and framing, along with the ability to manage subcontractors, schedules, and overall jobsite execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day field operations across 5-7 active residential construction projects
• Manage and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field crews
• Lead critical structural phases, including foundations, block work, tie beams, and framing
• Ensure all work is completed according to plans, specifications, and quality standards
• Maintain project schedules and coordinate trade sequencing to keep projects on track
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor safety, quality, and progress
• Communicate updates, challenges, and timelines with project managers and leadership
• Coordinate inspections, material deliveries, and subcontractor scheduling
• Proactively identify and resolve jobsite issues to avoid delays
• Maintain accurate daily reports and jobsite documentation
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety standards, and company procedures

Qualifications (Must-Have)

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent, Assistant Superintendent, or Foreman in residential construction
• Strong hands-on experience with foundations, masonry/block work, tie beams, and framing
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and structural plans
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of Florida residential construction practices and building codes
• Experience managing subcontractors and maintaining high-quality jobsite standards

Preferred Experience

• Experience with luxury custom homes or multifamily townhome developments
• Strong understanding of structural concrete and masonry construction
• Experience coordinating multiple trades across several active job sites

Work Environment

• Field-based role covering Pinellas and Hillsborough Counties
• Office located in Riverview, FL
• Occasional support may be needed on projects outside the immediate area
