Due to continued growth, we are seeking an Motor Grader Operator to support our team in the Brandon/Riverview area..
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate grader to spread and level dirt or road base to grade specifications in construction and maintenance of roads.
• Shape and finish shoulders and slopes.
• May perform fine or rough grading.
• Take action to avoid potential hazards or obstructions.
• Monitor operations to ensure that safety standards are met.
• Must have the initiative, ability, and willingness to perform and assist with other job positions for job completion as requested.
• Supervision of crew personnel
Salary:
The salary for this position will be commensurate according to experience.## Qualifications
• Must have 2 or more years of Motor Grader Operator experience
• Must demonstrate the ability to operate the motor grader
• Must demonstrate excellent safety awareness, and a willingness to comply with company policy and safety standards
• Effective communication with other operators, Foreman, and truck drivers
• Must have reliable transportation and can work Monday through Saturday
• Must be willing to drive yourself to the different jobsites within a 50-mile radius of our office or more.
