We are currently seeking experienced
** Heavy Equipment Operators
** to join our growing team for the following positions:
* ** Excavator Operators**
* ** Loader Operators**
* ** Dump Truck/Pan Operators
** Qualified candidates will have experience operating heavy construction equipment safely and efficiently on site development and civil construction projects. Operators must be dependable, safety-focused, and able to work effectively as part of a team while meeting production goals and project schedules.## Qualifications
* Previous heavy equipment operating experience required.
* Valid Driver's License required.
* Ability to work
** Monday through Saturday**.
* Must be willing to work on projects located throughout
** Hillsborough, Hernando, Polk, Pasco, and Manatee Counties**.
* Knowledge of earthwork, grading, site development, and utility construction preferred.
* Ability to perform daily equipment inspections and maintain equipment in a safe operating condition.
* Strong commitment to workplace safety and teamwork.
** Work Schedule
*** Monday through Saturday
* Hours may vary based on job site and operational needs
