We are seeking an experienced Asphalt Milling Machine Operator to join our growing team! If you have hands-on experience operating asphalt milling equipment and are looking to build your career with a respected and well-established company, we want to hear from you.## Qualifications
* Operate asphalt milling equipment (Wirtgen, Bomag, or similar) in a safe and efficient manner.
* Conduct daily inspections and assist with basic equipment maintenance and repairs.
* Assist with general labor and paving-related tasks as needed.
* Maintain a clean and safe work environment on all job sites.
* Work closely with the road crew and follow direction from foremen and supervisors.
* Minimum 2 years of experience operating Wirtgen or Bomag asphalt milling machines.
* Strong understanding of roadway construction and milling operations.
* Must have reliable transportation and a valid Florida driver’s license (CDL is a plus).
* Ability to pass a drug screening and background check (Drug-Free Workplace).
* Willingness to work overtime and weekends as required by project demands.
