Due to continued growth, we are seeking an Motor Grader Operator to support our team in the Brandon/Riverview area.##

Key Responsibilities:

* Operate grader to spread and level dirt or road base to grade specifications in construction and maintenance of roads.
* Shape and finish shoulders and slopes.
* May perform fine or rough grading.
* Take action to avoid potential hazards or obstructions.
* Monitor operations to ensure that safety standards are met.
* Must have the initiative, ability, and willingness to perform and assist with other job positions for job completion as requested.
* Supervision of crew personnel

* Job Requirements:

*** Must have
** 2 or more
** years of Motor Grader Operator experience
* Must demonstrate the ability to operate the motor grader
* Must demonstrate excellent safety awareness, and a willingness to comply with company policy and safety standards
* Effective communication with other operators, Foreman, and truck drivers
* Must have reliable transportation and can work Monday through Saturday
* Must be willing to drive yourself to the different jobsites within a 50-mile radius of our office or more.
