Dental Office Manager Private Practice

Dental Office Manager | Riverview, FL | Full-Time

This is a leadership opportunity with an upscale private dental practice seeking an experienced Dental Practice Manager to lead operations, develop a high-performing team, and help drive continued growth.

The ideal candidate will have prior dental management experience, a strong understanding of dental insurance and revenue cycle processes, and the ability to lead a team while delivering an exceptional patient experience.

• Lead and oversee day-to-day practice operations
• Manage, coach, and develop front office and clinical support teams
• Optimize scheduling, workflow efficiency, and patient flow
• Monitor KPIs, collections, production, profitability, and operational performance
• Support treatment acceptance and patient retention initiatives
• Oversee insurance verification, claims processes, and revenue cycle management
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and industry regulations
• Collaborate with ownership to implement growth strategies and operational improvements
• Foster a positive, accountable, and team-focused culture

• Previous Dental Practice Manager, Dental Office Manager, or Practice Administrator experience
• Strong understanding of dental insurance:
  Claims processing, benefit verification, treatment estimates, and collections
• Experience managing daily dental office operations
• Strong leadership, communication, and team development skills
• Knowledge of scheduling, patient flow, and revenue cycle management
• Ability to analyze and improve operational performance
• Professional, organized, and results-driven mindset

• Experience with Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Open Dental, or similar practice management software
• Multi-provider dental practice experience
• Experience managing KPIs, production goals, and treatment acceptance
  
  Strong financial and operational acumen
