Pay: $16.50-$19.00/hour (based on Credentials and Experience)

Sign-On Bonus: $300 (Must start training by 2.17.2026)

Full-Time | Monday-Friday

We're hiring Preschool / Early Childhood Teachers to join our growing team in Riverview. Responsibilities:

* Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment

* Implement our proprietary L.E.A.P. curriculum in fun, developmentally appropriate ways

* Support children's social, emotional, and academic development

* Build positive relationships with children, families, and teammates

* Communicate regularly with parents via our app and in person

* Maintain classroom cleanliness, organization, and daily routines

* Follow all Florida licensing, health, and safety requirements

* Work collaboratively with your classroom team and leadership

* Supervise children at all times and ensure proper ratios are maintained

Qualifications:

* A genuine passion for early childhood education

* 1- 3 Years of professional teaching experience (3+ year preferred)

* High school diploma/GED required (Associate's in ECE or related field preferred)

* CDA (Child Development Associate) credential preferred

* Strong communication, teamwork, and classroom management skills

* Reliable, punctual, and professional

* Ability to meet all Florida licensing requirements, including background screening and required trainings

Physical & Work Requirements

* Ability to lift, carry, and move children (up to approximately 40-50 lbs)

* Ability to sit, stand, bend, kneel, and move quickly throughout the day

* Ability to engage with children at their level, including floor activities, for extended periods

* Ability to work both indoors and outdoors during scheduled activities
