$17.50–$21.00 per hour (based on credentials and experience)

The Learning Experience – Rivercrest is seeking a passionate and dedicated VPK/Preschool Teacher to lead a classroom of children ages 3–5 years

You’ll be part of a supportive team in a fun, engaging, and professional early childhood environment where quality education and strong relationships with families matter.

• Create and maintain a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment
• Lead classroom instruction for children ages 4–5 using our proprietary L.E.A.P.® Curriculum
• Plan and implement developmentally appropriate lessons and activities
• Complete observations, assessments, and documentation as required
• Ensure the health, safety, and supervision of all children at all times
• Build strong partnerships with families through daily communication, our mobile app, and in-person conversations
• Collaborate with center leadership and teaching team to support enrollment, engagement, and family satisfaction
• Model professionalism, positivity, and a love of learning for both children and teammates
• Be physically able to lift up to 40 pounds
  , sit on the floor and actively engage with children

• High School Diploma or GED required
• ECE coursework, AA, or BA in Early Childhood Education preferred
• Must meet Florida DCF licensing requirements for the position
• DCF 45 Hours required (or willingness to complete)
• Florida VPK required courses (or willingness to complete, as applicable)
• National CDA or Florida Staff Credential required if no Early Childhood degree
• CPR/First Aid preferred (or willingness to obtain)
• Must be able to work a full-time schedule (5 days per week)
• Must pass all required background checks and screenings per state and company policy
