Position:
Middle School Math and Science
A full-time position is available for a highly motivated individual to join the faculty phen Catholic School. We are seeking applicants with a background in math education and enthusiasm for a cross-curricular, faith-filled, educational program. This position may also include some science and religion instruction. The candidate must be Catholic to teach religion.
License:
* Professional certification (or eligible to be certified) in middle grades or secondary math or science.
Preferred Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited college/university with an emphasis in math.
* Knowledge of 21st-century learning, understanding, and application.
* Deep knowledge of content standards, effective instructional strategies, and assessment-driven instruction.
* Strong Google Apps for Education skills (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Sites, etc).
* Highly effective communication, listening, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
Core Competencies:
In addition to the tasks outlined above, it is the responsibility of the teacher to:

Special Instructions:
Candidates must complete a diocesan centralized application process and successfully complete a Level II background screening and mandated training. Salary and benefits are commensurate with the school salary scale and Diocese benefits policy.
