About the Role:

• Design and implement engaging STEM curriculum for students aged 6-18.
• Facilitate hands‑on projects that promote critical thinking and creativity.
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Collaborate with fellow instructors to enhance the learning experience.
• Organize and lead workshops and special events to showcase student projects.
• Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in STEM education and technology.
• Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff.

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, STEM field, or related discipline.
• Experience teaching or tutoring in STEM subjects preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for education and a commitment to student success.
• Ability to create a fun and engaging learning environment.
• Familiarity with educational technology and tools.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.
• Background check clearance required.
