Boys & Girls Clubs of Northeast Florida is seeking a Part-Time Youth Development Program Facilitator in Riverview, Florida. The facilitator will plan and supervise a variety of Character and Leadership programs aimed at supporting youth development, while ensuring a safe and engaging environment.
The role requires working 2.5-3 hours daily, with responsibilities including recruiting youth for programs, maintaining program quality, and preparing weekly reports.
A high school diploma or GED is required, along with a strong ability to motivate youth and manage their behavior effectively.
