Lead Pastor of Church - Riverview, FL

Lead Pastor opportunity involves leading, preaching approximately 70‑85% of the time, launching a new campus or relaunching a merger in a city of your choice. You will build a launch team, raise initial funds, and guide the campus’s growth.

Financial responsibilities include raising an initial capital through personal networks, church plant funds, and tithes from the launch team. A full‑time role becomes possible once sufficient resources are secured; initial bi‑vocational arrangements may be used.

• Strong preacher
• Inspiring leader & team builder
• Experience growing a group/service/ministry (from a small team to a larger launch)
• Fundraiser (raise funds through personal network and church networks with CE support)
• Some college level education necessary (degree completion not required)

• Ability to begin planning and fundraising soon, with relocation to the selected city when ready
• Successful ministry experience valued over formal education; some ministry/Bible education may be required
• Resume must include a recent preaching/teaching video, ministry experience with start/end dates, education, contact information, and social media accounts
