Insight Global is seeking an Entry-Level Power Distribution Engineer (Engineer I) to support a leading utility engineering team. This role is ideal for recent Engineering graduates looking to build a career in the power/utility space, working on real-world distribution design projects supporting residential, commercial, and industrial infrastructure.
Responsibilities- Support the design of electrical distribution systems including overhead and underground circuits
- Utilize tools such as BOUD for distribution modeling and system design and Maximo for work order management
- Produce engineering drawings, design packages, and Bills of Materials (BOM) for construction projects
- Perform field data collection, site inspections, and system assessments to support design accuracy
