As a Personal Banker within PNC's Retail Branch organization, you will be based in Riverview, FL at the Bloomingdale branch.
Job Description- Acquires and deepens the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities. Manages the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve financial wellbeing, collaborates with ecosystem partners to grow customer share of wallet, and positions PNC solutions to drive new revenue and loyalty.
- Drives proactive sales conversations via outbound calling, service‑to‑sales, teller interactions, appointment setting, and lobby engagement, elevating client loyalty.
- Creates customer loyalty and grows share of wallet through a differentiated customer experience, lecturing customers on options for managing financial transactions using technology and tools.
- Applies product and procedural knowledge to identify, mitigate and solve customer problems effectively.
- Manages risk by adhering to all policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment within established limits, and participating in branch daily operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy.

Typically requires 3+ years of experience in banking or related field. An Associate’s degree or equivalent education plus product knowledge is preferred. In lieu of a degree, comparable education, job‑specific certification(s), experience, and/or military service may be considered.
