• Base Salary: $75,000 – $90,000 per year (based on experience and market factors).
• Monthly incentive bonuses for exceeding daily visit thresholds.
• Sign‑On Bonus:
  Up to $10,000 available in select locations.

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and treatments for patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions.
• Design personalized, evidence‑based treatment plans.
• Manage patient documentation and workflow within the EMR system.

• Graduate of a CAPTE‑accredited PT program.
• Current or pending state licensure.
• BLS certification.
• Strong interpersonal skills and team‑oriented mindset.
• Ability to manage a full clinical caseload (10–12 patients/day).
