• Establish and coordinate the collection, analysis, and presentation of data for all areas of Quality Management.
• Provide consultation for physician quality improvement and act as liaison to medical staff and hospital departments to support quality initiatives.
• Ensure timely submission of accurate data to comparative databases for effective benchmarking and regulatory compliance.
• Prepare and maintain the annual quality management plan and prioritize facility-wide quality improvement efforts.
• Facilitate organization of quality and safety data reports internally and externally, and communicate results to all stakeholders.

• Bachelor’s degree (required). Master’s degree preferred.
• Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) – EV accredited.
• Certified Professional in Patient Safety (CPPS) – EV accredited.
• Registered Nurse (RN) – EV accredited.
• Experience in hospital quality management and data analytics.
