Advent Health Riverview is seeking a licensed pharmacist to educate patients, families, and the healthcare team on safe and effective medication use. You will oversee pharmacy operations, participate in rounds, and mentor staff across central, satellite, and IV areas.
With a focus on medication safety, you will monitor orders and dosing, engage in stewardship programs, and contribute to quality improvement and accreditation activities. Florida-based role with PRN schedule and Day shifts.
