Day 4x10-Hour Shift (06:30 - 17:00)

Job Description:

The Cardiac Cath Lab Technologist will support catheterization procedures in a hybrid lab that specializes in both Cardiac Cath and Interventional Radiology (IR) cases. The role requires strong experience in cardiac catheterization and preferred experience in interventional radiology procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Scrub, monitor, and circulate during various cardiac procedures.
• Assist in procedures such as balloon angioplasty, PCI, stenting, and thrombectomy.
• Perform left and right heart catheterizations.
• Conduct EKG rhythm interpretations and Holter monitoring.
• Monitor patient vitals and maintain accurate records.
• Provide effective patient care and ensure adherence to safety protocols.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• Strong cardiac cath experience is required; at least 1 year preferred.
• Interventional radiology experience is preferred.
• Florida state license is required.
• Current certifications including BLS, ACLS, and CCI RCIS/RCES are mandatory.
• Familiarity with Cerner EMR is preferred.
• COVID-19 vaccination required with accepted exemptions for medical or religious reasons.
